great, my 4 batts, new body, and my wheels come 10mins ago, i puts on a
battery, its charging fine, then the charger is making weird noise,
stops charging then it starts smoken from the back..

WTF is going on, everytime i get something new, something else blows,



stuff this...arghhh UIHGIF E SA*&(^#&Q#^^*$GDHB !!!!!!

its one one of those moments wher you dunno if you should cry, laugh,
be angry, or just sit there staring at a burnt non working charger?

start looking at the aussie for sale thread on rctech. you can usually find some decent chargers for cheap

yeah sure..

doh this was not supposed to happen,

ahh i pulled apart the charger like 10 mins ago, and nothen looks blown
or burnt..weird, so i check again, the power comes on, you plug in
batt, it does the test mode, but you cant change the amps, it just goes
right down to just above 1amp, even if i dont touch the dial thingy it
still does it,



oh well,

nismo, man i think u should try moving to Nitro. electric does not just seem to be working for u mate!

how much of the charger did you pull apart. when i had mine i found a 470 ohm resistor had blown. it was located on the board near the dial for adjusting charge amp

ahhh ok, can that part be replaced mate??



i can get my friend to do it, he is into all the electronic stuff

hsahahaha nitro, um no

knowing me, id forget to change the batteries in it, so i go street,
and they die, so here is a nitro go full speed down the road with no
steering, ahhh

resistors cost next to nothing and can be replaced. if you have blown a resistor then chances are it will smell burnt and be slightly darker in color then the rest. In my case it was slightly darker than the rest. it wasn't worth my while to fix it so i took it back to the hobby shop for store credit.

but i can fix it yeah??

ill get my mate to look at it..

see if i can get it working, then i wont have to buy a charger
