Hey i just put a hitec hi torque digital servo in my savage xl. but the spline on the servo is different to the horn for throttle and brake. Are there other horns out there so i can use the expensive servo i just bought?

Hitec 24 tooth spline
Hpi/futaba 25 tooth spline.
Heaps of aftermarket servo horns available. Get an alloy one to suit hitec and you should be good

If you bought your truck new and still have the bag of goodies that came with it from new, there is a new steering horn and throttle horn in that bag of parts. The Hitec throttle horn should have the number 24 on it, and the steering will have either 24 or Hi on it.

Simple job to fit as well, just make sure to fit the servos first, and power them up to get them to neutral, set the trims to "0" and then drop the horns into postion and tighten them down.

Final step is to take the beast out the front and have some fun.
