OK so then I couldn't letCruzn2 have all the fun...

I must say these things look awesome!! The are a fantastic finish and the material left in the centre hub is nice and thick unlike the proline rims. These should take a bashing really well and I'll keep y'all updated and to how they handle it.

Nice!

Though I think I think the Sidewinder and 5 hole designs suit me better.

Maybe not quite as strong?

Mate I really liked those the best to be honest. But at the time I ordered these were out of stock... I also looked at how much of the spoke was in contact with the rim. I thought that I may as well give the rim the best chance of surviving my poor jumping technique.

Dont they come with lifetime replacement gaurantee?

LOL... yeah like the Proline issue, it's the return postage that kills you!

Actually mate I'm not sure if they do or not... I just wanted to get something that I wasn't going to have to worry about breaking in the first place.

Actually I'm been looking at replacing the standard antenna tube with a carbon fibre version... then I'll be 'there'.

Hey fellas sorry to drag this one back up but i was wondering how
everyone's rims are going now. I've been thinking about getting some
but i am a little worried about the durability.

I know that mine are going great... no sign of wear and they keep taking the abuse that I give them.

I even loaned them to this bloke driving a crappy MTA4 at the National GTG for him to try and break but they lasted the weekend OK.

Seriously I know that Ramtech give a lifetime warranty on them so I know that he backs his own product... and best of all they look sweeeeett!

Only problem I had was getting the tyres to stick to the rims, if Rick offered a 'pre-fitted option' that's what I would go for.

lmao

I still wonder why all the trashing I give my truck and my Big Joes on velocities still look brand new???

That's because your truck has to run longer then one tank to get a chance to do any damage to the rims.

Well i bit the bullet. I've bought my sidewinder 40s rims
I can't wait to get them.

Now i've just got to figure out what i'm going to do about tyres. If i
remove my big joes this will be the 3rd set of rims they've been on.
The beads are looking a little worse for wear.
