I noticed it straight away as it was a turnigy lipo.

...... and yes i had previously been googling optus, i need to know what phone I can upgrade to =]

I got the optus one too Godles. Think it may be just paid outright advertising as I hav not been searching optus.
Geez i hope my searches start popping up coz then I will have Wicked Weasel as my AUSRC banner

lol firefox ad block stops the banner from appearing

ahhh...Just remembered.....I have adblock plus on chrome..

it actually removes the RC Hobbies banner at the top as well

I am using Firefox and its all good, no ads and still get the RC Hobbies banner.

Hopefully it stays like that.

As a side note I thought that there would only be advertising for guests viewing the forum?? Isn't that what was explained before?

Things change, $$ are the driving factor. We have had our honeymoon period, now its business as usual and the forum has to make our new masters mucha mucha richa.

Its a adchoices advertising, it uses magical fairys to track what is your most popular traffic then will show ads that "corrispond"

Dosnt matter wat various forum i log on too it always shows the same add, which is stupid because im already in that program.

Other forums show adds to non members then "no adds" to members, ie it shows "smaller" of the same adds

just seen this one as well, starting to get annoying, and distracting.. crapy adds..have to get the ad blocker going..ausrc is now in the dating game .
