RE: MRC Models ebay HTML code goes haywire on Netscape based browsers</span>

Can Mozilla/ Netscape/ Firefox browser users confirm that MRC's ebay
auctions become magnified upto 50x when viewed from the above
listed browsers? I use Mozilla 1.7 and the text becomes bloated to many
times the size allowed on a 19inch monitor and renders the legibility
of the auction description to a bare minimum.

Can Mozilla users check any MRC's auctions to test it please.

I think Mark should check he's code in all browsers. I don't think he
has realised that error. Must be a small "tag" missing in the code or
something.

Mark if you listening in, recheck your default auction html code in the
following browsers at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

1. Mozilla*

2. Netscape

3. Firefox

*If your code displays correctly in Mozilla then I guess it will work well with Netscape and Firefox too.

I just was testing your auctions tonight for a hard value that I could
use for approximating your "out of sync" auctions. I tested about 25 of
your auctions. About 20 out of that 25 came up as out of sync using
Mozilla 1.7. Which is roughly 80%.

100 % of your auctions work fine in Internet Explorer though. To check out what I mean by out of sync, please download mozilla here.

Then test one of your auction, such is this using that browser.

You will notice the whole auction bloates out of proportion and so does
the rest of the 80% of your auctions. Mozilla is based on the poular
Netscape browsers that has many derivatives. You will need to fix up
the auctions as soon as possible as many users are finding these
browsers to be superior to the Microsofts IE.

This is not a new problem, your auction has been like that for a while,
just no one thought it was a big deal. It's not something that
happened, it had to be there from the beginning. A bad line code, or
some simple mistake in font formatting.
