Thoutght I'd make a new topic to make it easier for everyone to find:

OK going to get some screws for myself tomorrow locally. These are all high tensile allen key screws/bolts.
If you want me to make some screw sets up for you let me know:

M4 x 10mm cap @ 0.25c
M4 x 16mm cap @ 0.30c
M3 x 20mm cap @ 0.35c
M4 x 16mm FH cap @ 0.35c
M3 lock nuts @ 0.15c

I'm more than happy to make indvidual screw sets and post them or just get them to ya at a bash!
I can proberly get all the other screws as well, just havn't asked.

I'll post some pics when I get them all tomorrow, so watch this space!

That's an idea I've been playing with also, just haven't been bothered enough to go through my manual and count how many bolts of each type I need

I know these are available in the U.S. for ??? around US$30??? but I'm tempted to know how much it is to DIY.
There's an engineering supply store near me that I visit when I lose a bolt. Its much cheaper than hobby shop and who knows, the price might be better if I was to buy a whole bunch of them

Let us know how much it all costs you & a pic would be cool.

Ciao! Oggy

these are the prices, I'm buying about $40 bux worth of screws. I found some a little cheaper but they weren't cap screws and were crap quality. Maybe could shop around and try to shave a few cents, but I don't care - I'm only buyin what I know I can use.Edited by: Morphy

Fire to answer you question, yes they are available in Melbourne... as I've said before *ANY* bolt shop will have these. They are bread and butter items for them and you will have no problems getting them if you go to a bolt supplier, have a look in the Yellow Pages. Even places like Thomas Warbuton (a tool & bolt shop) have them. So supply is not an issue.

The advantage that Morphy is offering you is that he has done you leg work and got good prices for a supplier already... now the choice is up to you.

It is possible. As skidd said, they are everywhere.

I still havn't made inquires about a full set of screws yet - been very busy with work and keep forgetting to bring my manual in to work it all out. If you have some spare time....

What screws do you need, I may already have them
