Hi People.

I'm guessing this is a stripped servo gear ??? This morning I
drove my T-Maxx into a drain pretty hard. Ooops. Anyway it was still
driveable OK but I noticed that the steering seemed to have a "notch"
in it when turning in one direction. I unhooked the steering from the
servo and the servo itself has the "notch".

Questions:

1. Am I right in assuming that I've probably stripped a gear in the servo ?

2. Can I stuff it up even more by continuing to use it?

3. What do people suggest for a replacement servo?

Thanks for any suggestions!

just open it up and check.

Usually 4 screws on the bottom to open the case; there's usually 4-5 gears in there - just be careful to note where everything goes so you know how to reassemble it.
