Undo the crankshaft screw and then the clutchbell should slip off easily.

you will need to grip the flywheel, or use a piston locking tool, you should probally be able to hold the flywheel with your hand (maybe use a rag of some sort, then use the tool required to loosen the screw on the end of the crankshaft. Then the CB will just fall off

Should be just held on by a small screw just use a screwdriver, but yes it might spin around a bit when its tight.
