Hello, I've got my hands on some RC equipment but don't really have any idea what i'm doing. At the moment I just want to do something really simple like being able to control a servo.
I have spend quite a lot of time looking around on the internet for simple guides I can understand but with little luck. After looking at some sites this one seemed a friendly (and Australian) place to start. Maybe I can build my own helicopter eventually.
Anyway... here's the equipment I have:
I figured I could put a servo (or motor controllers) onto one of the channels (THR, AILE, ELE, RUD, GER, AUX) and be able to control it that way.
Anyway, I really think I need to do more reading/research so it would be great if you could point me in the right direction.

- Spektrum Dx6i controller
- BR6000 and AR6110 receivers (see poor documentation: http://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdId=SPM6000BR)
