Zoomer - good pickup - but.....

The server is in Florida and the timezone therefore didn't change. Any members in Australia that were previously under daylight savings time will need to go into there profile and change the offset back 1 hour. Typically for Melbourne and Sydney this will mean a change from +16 to +15.

Otherwise I can run a query and do all members on +16 automatically.

Thoughts?

Hmm... yea Chris is in BNE too, no DST up there.

Ideal world is a little checkbox in setup that says "Adjust for DST?", but guess its a candidate for the too-hard basket.

Nah, we'll just fix it manually.

Thanks Zoomer.

Yeah being a Brisbane boy we are now back on the same time as the rest of the East Coast - still think it is ridiculous that we don't have it......

As for Nismo - you need to change it or your posts will run out of sequence.

To change it do the following:
<UL>
<LI>Click the "My Portal Page" in the top left hand menu.
<LI>In the Member Control Panel Menu click "Edit Profile"
<LI>Scroll to the bottom of the page and change the "Time Offset from Forum Time"
<LI>Click "Update Profile"</LI>
For the Aussies - your offsets should be:
<UL>
<LI>Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Tasmania+15
<LI>Adelaide (the forum needs an upgrade cause they left you out and you can't get 1/2 hours)either +15 or +14 - your choice because you can have 14.5.
<LI>Perth+13</LI>
Howdoes it all work - the Server is on GMT -5. So whatever you local time offset is (ie Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney is GMT +10) add 5 to get the Forum offset.
