Have this message many times/month
"Yes, there's an outage at this location.
It is affecting your internet service"
But there is no date, time on this page and you can't prove anything by demanding to reduce fees for such quality service.
How to make Telstra add the date and time to these nice messages?
There is only one way to claim refunds for such great service by
complaining about by pointing specific days and times.
I understand that this is the fault of this misfortune
by name NBN and do not want to pay full price for poor quality service
What can be done to stop these outages?
