I wouldn't be replacing the diff gears unless you have noticable wear.
Except for my front 13 tooth bevel which I destroyed doing a monster
jump at a skate bowl - I haven't had any wear on my diff gears in 11
litres of fuel.. My drive cups are a different story.

You could order everything for a new set - and just replace what parts you have broken, and keep everything else for spares.

I just packed my diffs with thick water proof grease, and I get a
reasonable amount of lock with no visible wear yet. Probably not the
'correct' way to do things but I'm trying to keep things cheap.

If you haven't been running the 4 gear diff mod - it might be a different story.

Jerrah.

do you mean upgrade to the 4 gear diffs?

I have bought the hardware to do the up-grade, just can't be assed untill I need to pull it apart again...

What I think you need is the 4 slotted pins and 2 sets of HPI diff gears (although you only need the little spider geras from it - the rest are now spares!)
