I'll give you some more as I quite like the idea of getting to know the peeps who I chat with. I am married with 2 kids, both girls... a 4 1/2 year old and a 6 week old. I work for a meduim size timber and hardware company (400 employees) and I look after their OH&S and training. I'm into big American cars and we currently have 5 in the garage which is why I had to get into this hobby as it takes up less room.


I used my recent birthday as an excuse to finally get my new RC, at the moment the big callenge is trying to find the bodies that match what cars we drive.


But I'm having fun.

ok, bit of info

first car a Tamiya TA02 clarion nismo

drove this car to pieces....

then got a TA03 and a M01 also by Tamiya...then ive had so many cars after that ive lost count...

currently have a Tamiya TL01 hopped up a little,

i am 19 years 6 months and 20 days old...


i live in western sydney...


i started 1/10 r/c'ing1st or 2nd of february 2004...asked around this forums for help...spent $570 over 2 weeks and i have a tl01 that can do 50kph
i but i had a bitchar skyline r34 early 2003 it cost $20...was doing jumps on ramps around my room...trying to drift it..i took the rubber wheelsoff the plasic rims andwas drifting...
not much success but it looked cool...


hahaa ilove these faces...

Bought my Rex-X buggy in Sep '03 and am on my 2nd engine already. hehe

Good to see some Sydney RCers on the site


Get a few more in the same area and we can organise our own practice days

we drift at endeavour park fairfield...if i get my 2pairs deans on friday...i can drift my car this sunday 9th may...130pm...

Currently working for Funtastic toy company Mt Waverly.


I havent been in into rc cars for a while now, just got back into it with my purchase of a Inferno rtr... then after i realised it wasnt for me i purchased a Savage SS with Picco .26 this week.



Other cars ive had include a Staduim blitzer and Super hornet.

James... looking forward to seeing you at the Knox BMX track... trying to convince the missus that Sunday would be a good day. For some reason she is adverse to spending Mothers day watching me make a mess of my savage.
