Hi

I am trying to get an Olive Drab (OD) colour on a lexan body, but Tamiya dont make OD in a PS paint.

Anybody know where I can get a PS paint in OD colour in OZ? or

Has anybody tried laminating a TS paint layer (coat) between a clear PS layer?
To make myself clear, the concept goes:
On the lexan body I spray a coat of a clear PS paint.
Next I spray a coat of TS OD paint.
Next I spray another coat of a clear PS paint.

Thanks!

Mixing paint and using an airbrush are not options.
I need something out of a spray can.

Don't need to "laminate".

Buy PS Flat Clear (PS55 I think). Mist that on lexan inside as primer.

Paint your TS colour on top of PS flat clear, it'll show thru fine. Light coats in several layers. Don't paint too thick as it might not flex enough to stay on lexan.

TS is decently fuelproof, don't need extra protection. But if it needs backing with white/pink/silver/black then maybe PS would be better.
