    first crawler

Hi I was looking at getting my first crawler. It will be a Axial scx10 but im not sure which one.
I like all of them ;-)
But what I was really wondering whats the best kit and the best rtr.
I know the dingo is small but does that mean it not as good kit.
I like the honcho but its very expensive.
Also what electronics would you put into to a dingo.
Im in to trailing and a bit of climbing. Thanks any link to cars and electronics would be appreciated.

How much are you willing to spend really determines which option you should choose. You cant go past holmeshobbies for crawler electronics and the kits are heaps better than rtr's.

I don't want it to be much over 530 getting pricey at the 500 mark.

Thats enough for a good set up should be able to get a scx10 kit from overseas for around $400ish that leaves $130 for electronics. Transplant some rfadio gear and go for a holmeshobbies br-xl or a castle sidewinder then choose a motor

Brushed is the go ,cheap as and can be immersed in water. I run a 55t on 3s so ive got bucketloads of torque down low and enough top end to walk at a brisk pace
