    clod based crawler chassis

hi all i am new to rc crawlers and am after some guidance on where to
buy a chassis for a clod based crawler. i have been thinking about
making one myself but i am not sure on what size it should be or how
long the links should be so it well be a capable crawler (lots of
articulation) any help will be great or if you know of a lhs (i live in
brisbane) that sells some chassis's let me know thanks in advance ,greg

As reluctant as I am to refer you to another forum - try rccrawler.com

Mate there are a few people in Aus that make chassis, i get a ll my stuff from www.tinytuffstuff.com , talk to Ben and he can steer you in the right direction, but the site is down for maintance.

Also try http://www.rc-mad.com/MadForum/portal.phpor http://www.outerlimits4x4.com, Outer limits is a 1:1 4WD site but has a RC section, and you will find there is a fairly active crawling comp scene up in Brissy
