Flashing all red sounds to me like you have a possible lipo voltage error

Disconnect battery and remove power cable from wall socket

After a few minutes to allow any residual charge to disipate

Connect charger to wall socket, the lights should all flash green, if this is not happening, charger may be at fault

Re-connect battery lights should all go solid red, if not battery error is possible

like you said Towie the charger is working fine if i connect charger to wall all lights turn green but as soon as i connect Lipo battery it starts flashing red & green, i even tried diffrent Lipo batteries and i get the same results.

Sounds like the charger has decided to go on strike....might be time to upgrade to something new with more features

Honestly, there is not much in that price range locally that I could recommend.

If your going to get a HK charger, you might like to look at the Smart6, it has no Power supply though, like most of the OS chargers, they make them cheaper by not supplying a PS, but in most cases a laptop PS will usually do the job.

I have had the misfortune of using a couple of the earlier HK chargers and they were a bit of a let down quality wise, and didnt last all that long. There are things I use from HK, but chargers, Power Supplies, I get locally, if they are going to crap out it is usually within the first couple of months, and buying locally, it is normally a replacement warranty.

Budget wise, I have seen people get 12 months plus out of a B6AC with no dramas, and when you consider the $50 HK chargers can crap out within a couple of months and no warranty, $100 doesnt look so bad if you know you are going to get at least 12 months out of it, or at least be able to have it replaced if it dies
