Never been a huge fan of large scale for various reasons but I have to say I like the way that beast looks. It seems to be laid out really well and looks nicely finished off. I don't know how long the roof mounted lights will hold up in a roll or lid landing but they do look nice. IMO and just purely based on looks it looks way better than Baja 5SC. What is the $$$$ figure?
$$$$ are at this point unknown as they have not been released by MCD to the dealers as yet. But personally i would expect the price to be on par with the current X4 Rally pricing, around $1500 as a roller.
some of the improvements they have made, the mcd boy's would be happy to get there hands on the new parts on it, like shocks, tower's , bumper bar's , and those pin tyres look like they would work well.
Looks like the MCD website has been updated again with some "W5 In Action" pictures, I'm very much liking the way it's looking and will have to get one of the conversion kits.
Hmm I thought the losi was pretty good around corners and might have been the best 1/5 I've driven.
Forgot that MCD has produced this sc as well, it's shorter than the losi so it would be more agile around the corners and wider than the MCD buggys so it would be more stable.
One of these things with a good driver.........hmm.....
