Acording to bliv it has been 40 degrees plus some days, Where i am in nsw its getting cooler and i love it!!

We ended up cancelling the racing on sunday. Its just too hot, not only for a lot of us, but more importantly, our cars.

As of today, South Australia just broke its record for most number of consecutive days over 35deg c. We have had 9 days so far, and it is still looking like 35+ till at least mid week next week.

sdmcc.asn.au (our club site) says november 13 - 16, as does aarcmcc calendar.

i can also confirm that is definately the date.
sponsored by city of onkaparinga (gotta love council grants) and also model flight and RC hobby zone.

woodcroft caravan park is right around the corner from the track
(if memory serves)
not sure about the closest/cheapest motel, but you would want one in the morphett vale/reynella area if you prefer motel over van park.


B&E brekky, bbq lunch, drinks + raffle prizes.
its all happening

visitors have a massive gazebo and stacks of tables/chairs.

this has probably been asked a thousand times already but can u guys tell me where there are any offroad tracks out salisbury way am getting tired of driving out to daws rd all the time

Unfortunately other than some BMX tracks around the area there are no off-road tracks north of the city.

We would love to have a track out this way, but money and land are the key factors in getting a track built.

where are there bmx tracks i know there is one next to the slug and lettuce but thats a pretty boring layout, guess ill have to make friends with a rich person willing to build us a track

there's one on diment road about 1/2 km from bagster road and there's also one on canterbury road elizabeth that used to be pretty good.

Unfortunately thats about it.

If your up for a bit of fun, you could come down to morphett vale this sunday (14th december) for the SDMCC fun day. just off whetsheaf road next to the model trains. A lot better track than hobby habit indoor.

I think an out door offroad track would be fantastic. They have 1 i know of south side of the city so 1a bit closer north would be awesome. I know of at least 4 other people that would agree.
