What fuel and plug to use for new engine break-in

I am getting a new engine for my sons truggy and was wanting help on what fuel and glow plug people recommend for breaking-in a 28 engine.

I have Nitro X race prep 25% fuel here, so should I use this for the break-in as this is what I will be running it on, or use something like the Nitro X 5% break-in fuel? These are the fuels available from my LHS.

What glow plug would people recommend, hot or cold. My guess would be a hot plug to coup with the rich mixtures. I have OS 8 and OS A5 plugs here.

I have tried to search for info on this without any luck, so if there is a thread that can help me could someone point me in the right direction.

Thanks for any help you can give on this.

    Col.
