Really depends on what you are after doing-if you want to just record some footage to play back later you can do this with a small 450 size heli and something like a flycamone which is lightweight and records to an SD card.
If you want to attach a proper video camera you need something much bigger swinging 600-800 mm blades. The sky is the limit really.
