Ok, for all the 1/8th electric people:
After all the talk and tensions of the past few days, we have THE FINAL RULINGS FOR THE CLASS at the 2010 QLD Titles.
After discussions between AARCMCC, the Pine Hills Dirt Racing Committee, the 2010 QLD State Titles Organising Committee and other representatives of other Off Road Clubs, it has been decided that the Finals will be 3x 10 minute races, of which points will be allocated 1st-12th, at the end of the 3 Finals, all points will be added together to determine the winner, if there is a tie, the quickest heat during the finals will determine the winner of the tie.
Once again, the finals will be 3x 10 minute races
We apologize for any inconvenience this may or has caused, but feel this is the best solution for the problem that AARCMCC has put on everyone this close to the event.
We feel that this will be discussed further, later this year to provide a better set of rules for this class of racing.
Alright, ALL entries are CLOSED. For those who registered and didn't pay, it's too late now, you aren't going. For those that registered and payed, it's going to be an awsome race meet.
The track and grounds are having a tweak-up for the event, the new surface thats on the track is nothing short of excellent. - We can now have a torrential downpour, 5 minutes latter and we are back racing.
See you all there Thursday week (thats the 17th June)
I would like to thank the Sponsors, especially SPX Racing and Nitro-X for their support, all the volunteers, officials, Peter from Slyfox, the PHDR committee and Sub-committee and lastly all the entrants and spectators.
PS..... Watch this space for further events from Pine Hills Dirt Racing Inc.
