: Drift Exhaust mod

Had to find a 1/8th exhaust small enough to fit on the 1/10 RS4 - the RB .21was struggling on the existing setup.

Grabbed a VXR - R250 which is the 'burst' tuned pipe for a REVO.

Is strange hearing sounds come out of the RB, reminding me of REVO's now. Am getting a custom manifold made up to replace all the silicon joins, but for now - it works.

Have the stinger sticking through a hole in the back of the body. Turned out ok.

https://www.ausrc.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif-It is aFishing sinker.

.21 engine put the little 1/10th too far off balance - was bias drifting one side. Gotta get the balance perfect on these guys - otherwise you don't have the control you need to keep a drift line, or you spin out.Edited by: nitro-drifter

Here is a video with the latest exhaust mod (is the silver shelby in the vid).

Is a lot quieter than previously - but the car runs so much better with the right running gear!!

hey, you guys got a lot better with the drifting control since i met
you last. makes me kinda want to get into it as well... but that'll
have to wait until i have a proper income to overcome the tyre $$$.

Join the crew!!

Drifting is another level of complexity and worth the $$ if you get it right.

Tires are lasting about 8 - 10 sessions (approx 3 - 4 tanks per session). Sometimes less if we go a bit harder.....
