Not sure but it looks like there is no motor on the reel and he has just tightened his drag. He has a lure on the end, so he just trolls it and when he got a fish you hear the boat accelerate, acting as teh strike motion. Also at the sure he had to pull the line in. I might be wrong.
lol some people just have too much money and time on their hands I did see one cool but near useless item at my LHS a remote beer coaster/chiller was alittle green square buggy that fits 4 can/stubbies and you can drive it around. Would need an understanding gf at the other end to refill it for you in the kitchen hehehehe
theres an awesome video on youtube, where he catches a massive fish, and drags the boat down lol. one of those boats would be great for dropping bait or keeping it just above rocks or somehting...
