Senad that must of cost a fortune with the Ozzy dollar in the toilet. My ADA carrier has stop frying bearings so I can not justify getting one. What motor were you running to snap M5 bolts.
Still can't get those big-arse pics in my posts like all you guys do due to the file size restriction so I've scaled them down for web pages and inserted them that way. Maybe someone can fill me in on the way to insert a larger image ??
Anyway..Here are some detailed pix so you can see for yourself
It has the one up near the Brake pads but not the one down low, I can't compare as I am at work but the gear plate a little different so you can access the bolts.
No I need to decide whether to leave the eclon clutch on or not.
Glad you can access those bolts still as thats how I remove my engine.
The Elcon clutch.... hmmmm. I am over mine but that's just my opinion.
With the dollar low ATM we should be able to get good money for them on ebay...... just a thought.
Yeah it is but to be honest I've only ever used the top one anyway as an allen key fits fine behind that plate and in the bolt...i'm old skool and still use 'unbrako' allen keys
I really gave mine some curry on the weekend, and normally the M5 would have snapped without a problem.
I have been running the elcons on sand with the fully enclosed carrier for ages now, not one problem as sand cant get in, those vented ones IMO should stay out of the sand. That being said I have had problems with the alu bells expanding, sleeve moving and the outside of the bells binding to the inside of the carrier, changed to the stock bell and not one problem.
They are the old days now - you wont regret getting these setups.
Great to hear Senad! I had read up alot on these on the US forums and resposes from TR with all reports being positive but it's even better to have someone completely detatched givin em a great wrap :thumb:
Just received mine as well, it's a nice bit of gear that's for sure.
Dave the gear plate hole is large enough that the pinion passes straight through, you would just need to undo the 1 downward facing bolt the go's through the brake assembly and the engine would slip out intact.
Through the left side of the car as you showed me on Saturday if that makes sense.

Snorks, all you gotta do is upload them to a webpage like Photobucket or something similar and then just copy and paste the link, that is how you get the bigger pics in the thread.
Will I need all the above mentioned parts? Will this gearin be suitable for my fresh 29cc engine with rear dom and WT-813 Carburetor? Or is the gearing TOO FAST?

Ok..... first up you used a dirty word.lol
I use the old one of this http://www.danielspitstop.com.au/menuDetails.aspx?MID=606
and works fine..... a lot of guys I race with also use that combo and is great for the dunes but maybe to high for a tight track.
The clutch shoe's you listed is what I also use in my car, if your going sand drop in the 8,000 spring..... if dirt use the stock spring.
The other components you mentioned I cannot comment as I have never used them.
The best thing I can do is suggest you do it this month so SOLS gets 10%
Sorry GW, I thought you knew that "Too Fast" is a seven letter swear word
