Well I went in to see my mates who run the LHS, cos I wanted some advice about EP power boats, and as I was talking to Tony (the boss) - he showed me the Top Speed 2. I already had spare radio gear laying around the place, so all I needed was the boat, and the engine. They've been running the TT and getting insane speeds with it, so it was a natural choice for me!
I also like the choice of adding weights to the front of the boat to give it more front nose weight.
Very nice mark. How well is it built?
I know my brother had the aquacraft pro fisherman and that was a dump of lard, water seeped through everywhere. So now its all thrown away as the wood or what ever that stuff is called has just rotted gone very very soft.
hehe epic. looks good. aquacraft seem to do a nice job. might see them in more rc shops soon, never know. have fun, post lots of pics when its had a run.
Yeah mate - the build quality is excellent - all professionally formed and finished fibre glass - tho I did make a couple on the radio box.
I'm hoping to get it finished this weekend, if I get a chance!
