Thanks bud, you should see some pics of my car after the weekend. Its called the Luddenham look! It was very popular on the weekend so i think everyone had it done to their cars too. Just waiting for Big Kev to upload the pics

Well, all bearings repacked and serviced.
Diff has been overhauled.
But i think my motor is stuffed as well. I dont think this thing will rev hard anymore after some close scrutiny, i saw a deep gauge on the inlet and it dont look good.
Thanks to my under tray, it minimised the mud going inside the chassis and protected my precious C/F.
Excuse the mancave.

This is all the Lud behind the pull start. I cleaned it a bit but thats it.

steph i had one in my hand that belonged to a member of ausrc. it had a piece missing from it cracked next to where the gudgeon pin hole if you took a little less material of it would work well ....also the piston it self looked to be of a crapy quality alloy. if you used a zen piston or a cy piston to start with you would have a much stronger piston in the end......

Thats an insane piston
Dont know if there would be enough benefit over the loss of strength in the Gudgeon pin area...
Can be done fairly easily though...

kev whn i had that piston in my hand was a bit flimsy...but on futher inspection i noticed that it wasn,t a cy or zen piston to start with ...the zen and cy have a bit more material on them and are a lot stronger ...
also the person that had the piston installed told me that it went crazy ....
but only lasted for about ten minutes before it cracked a piece of along where the gudgeon pin goes and down the skirt.......i think if a little less material was taken off and a slight bit less milling on it would make for a mighty piston...
ive, seen on ebay the home lathe/mill for not a bad price....could do wonder,s with this

Boys, these rezzies does the job! Couldnt believe how much it changed the handling of my car. As soon as i dropped it on the track, i felt the difference already. Chassis dont move but the suspension works great! Its what i have been looking for in the suspension department. Just feels like the car is floating over the bumps and not even upseting the balance of the car.

sounds like they work well ...i have seen plenty of them around ....but now you have tried them you say they work well ...might have to keep a eye out for a full set.....have,nt heard to many people describe what difference they make ...well at least not from memory..... might be a faster lap time coming ...........steph what do they do is it just a external resi to top up your oil in your shocks ,,or it dampens the shock a bit better....

Realistically, the only extra oil is on the clear tubes. What it does is........this link will explain it better than i can. http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.88...t.A/id.5095/.f
