HI Everyone,
Firstly i don't ever want to be seeing as causing pain to shops etc. I can confirm we have ordered 30 BLITZ kits tonight and we should have them in about 9 days. You will need to get details off to the team if you want one, i know they are creating a list. We are also working with HPI locally to solve the local problem. I am sure others will also have kits coming also.
In response to support. Our other Division (FXHELI.COM) currently provides substanial support back into the community (budget of around 10K a year) to help with sponsorship's etc. I can personally guarantee (because i own the companies) that SPXRacing will support events and community activities if asked (to the same level as FXHELI). However i don't want to be seen as taking things from DPS. (they are a great bunch of guys like all others)
I have been observing things for a while, and this community is great, i just see SPXRacing as providing additional support etc to help grow the community.

I gotta agree with ya Ambro. A bit of competition in buisness is s'posed to be a good thing. Its more the fact that DPS was goin out of their way helpin us out with the Blitz's. And we dropped em like a hot potatoe as soon as SPX came along because they said they can get 10 of em here (AUS) within the week without thinkin the consequences .
But at the end of the day money talks and who has the best deal wins.

Correct - to me the $2000 that the Hurrax raffle brought in for the club talks, almost as loud as the $1000 on the previous engine raffle, as well as the $600 in shipping for Hurrax car to raffle, spare parts, subsidising of QLD accomodation and trophies for the winners.
What also talks is the LOSS DPS were prepared to incur bringing in the Blitz's, after GST, paypal fees and shipping to Sydney he was set to come out at a loss - something he WAS prepared to do for our club and its members.
I only hope Kris can see past the crap and see fit to continue being actively involved in our club

Not to look like a sheep like some but I agree MM, some people just don't have a clue about what goes on behind the scenes to make these things happen..

hope everything works out but i think all involved need to think long term...
