Ace DS1015 or an Associated XP DS1015. Both same servos, the XP is a rebadge.
If you have specific DS1015 questions, put them into the original thread.

look for something with 15kg/cm plus of torque, i run 24kg servos on 1/8th scale trucks

Ace 1015 rubs 14.5kg torque @6v with a .108 sec reaction time at 60 degrees...should be close enough to 15kg for ya?

Hey just if anyone was wanting to know the ACE DS1015 servo works prety well though i havent gone fully bashing with it yet but however the fit is not that good the holes for the screws need to be about 2mm further away (length=bigger) so that the screws match up but it will work but i am scared that the strain on the plastic may cause it to break in a high stress situation. thanks for the suggestion

Traxxas have the nasty habit of using larger offset holes and shoulder screws for securing the servos,
I generally put a small thin plate over the stock holes and re-drill it to suit the new servo, then install the rubber shock pads to the servo and use the supplied screws to hold servo in place,
if possible grab 4 machine thread bolts and nyloc nuts, they wont vibrate loose and and will hold the servo snuggly in place."Baja" Living Proof That Size Does Matter!

Sorry to jack the thread, but I'm building a single servo E Maxx and was wondering should I use my Ace 1015 or a Futaba S9351 ?
Cheers

Any high end servo will be better than tha crap stuff TRX fit. I have 2 ACE 1015DS in my truggy, Hitec 5955TG in my EREVO and Hitec 645MG in my Stadium Truck and a Hitec HS65MG in my RC18T and havent had any issues with them. As far as futaba brushless servos go I have seen a few let the smoke out and dont care to remember how many of the older style futabas ive fried or broken.

Get the ACE 1015, I dont see too many people raving about the reliablity of the Futaba
