Hard to say what it would sell for. Not much to compare it to.
Just every now and again have a look on ebay and see if one pops up.
If your receiver has a "BEC" (battery eliminator circuit) you won't require 4 AA batteries. The servo and mechanical speed control will be powered by the normal battery.
In many old receivers, you needed the AA batteries to power the servos. Without a BEC or AA batteries you will have 7.2V power to the servo and speedie. Not good.Brad

I saw one go for $860 Australian on ebay, it was brand new in the box never run.
That will give you a rough idea what it's worth!
Definatly keep it original and don't drive it, if you break something you will have a nightmare trying to get parts for it.
It's a collectors car and a shelf model!
Cheers, Brett.

A common mod was to lock the rear steering as sometimes it made it a little twitchy. The air shocks were then replaced with Kyosho gold shocks. I see the PO has replaced the outer rims of the Mugen wheel centres with Tamiya ones, to get a better range of tyres available to suit. I still have mine, with that setup. Guess I'm old, too.

We meet again mugen bulldog.. this RC car was my worst nightmare in 1984ish..I never saw it run. I could not get the 4wd to work for me and the air shocks were the worst! Albeit I was 13 or so.. ;-)

Had no idea the value of these. Just went down the back shed, have got one in its orginal box, complete with original radio and electronics, even have the manual for it. Heaps of spares including a spare chassis. It's all a bit rough but might think about putting it up on ebay.

Everything RC has value, just find someone who has a special interest in what you have to sell and it will. Even Chinese crap will get a good price as long as you can find someone who wants it. Don't get too excited and let it go too cheap, the RC Car forums are a better option as there are people looking for what you have and you don't have to sell unless you want to, or can get what you want for it.
Sometimes it's better to keep what you have!
