Myself and 4 mates have just purchased a GV Cage Brushless each with the aim to have a 'stock' platform to race/thrash with. We are all based in Brisbane and have spent a fair bit of time picking the vehicle of choice to ensure max fun/equality/simplicity for everyone. None of us have aspirations to win a world champs (let alone a local 1/8 race) but are keen to have anyone with a Brushless Cage join us for backyard/club racing.

I am also keen to get a programming card to wind the ESC back a little for my new backyard track as it's a bit tight for full 3S power.

A quick thanks to Joe at Mild to Wild RC for all his help as we went and spoke with most shops in SEQ and he turned out to be the most helpful/honest guy out there. There were a couple of other good guys around but full props to Joe for sorting us out!

Also, I saw a full Stainless Cage upgrade he had in-store (it is on eBay as well) that has been created locally to cover those of us who have found some weak points in the stock Cage. Check it out!

We will all be joining Pine Hills in the coming week, so if anyone is keen to join us for some fun racing/practice days, just PM me.
